Bulbophyllum tigridum

This species prefers cool to warm conditions, light shade, and regular watering year round.

Native to the Guangdong province of China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. 

Some think it as a form of Bulbophyllum retusiusculum

Common name is the "tiger striped bulbophyllum"
